How to Set Up for Virtual Lessons
Where do I Setup My Camera?
The best angle is to the side of the piano or keyboard. Either side will work just great. The goal being both you and the keys are all in view.
If you have a tablet device I’ve found that horizonal is usually best for fitting everything in view, and also gives you more real estate for viewing lessons on your screen.
Usually a small movable table and perhaps some books to get the height work out pretty well. Get creative! But no worries about getting it perfect, roughly in that area is what we want.
What Platform Will Be Used?
Yep, You guessed correctly, we’ll be using Zoom for virtual lessons. If you don’t already have Zoom loaded on the device you’ll be using for piano lessons you can use the link below to download Zoom.
